my first time doing male model editorial for Harper's. we shooting in sao paulo fashion week. and my model is one of model from Dolce Gabbana add campaign, his name is Alexandre Cunha (elite).

very early in the morning, my shooting for the ad campaign jewellery.

dewi is not sleeping yet the whole night preparing her trip to Milan, Paris.

a cup of coffee in the morning.

I am not sleeping yet in about 27 hours after my shooting, and try to stay awake with a cup of coffee and kretek cigaret. 

still a lot ting to do but I am getting slow with my brain, so I just having fun with google search, I type "fashion" and enter.

I found about 452,000,000 for fashion word.

funny, from what I have in my pages, I have conclusion if people love the brand more than the attitude of the fashion it self. 

it's just because we have to sell and sell more or just a lot of people loosing their personal style?

Nick Knight shoot autumn/winter Bottega Veneta 2008-2009 campaign. the colors are amazing, the strong contrast of the light make the picture bold, show the detail very well, and the smooth shadow create the softness of the emotion.

Harper's Bazaar Indonesia august 08 - copying the daylight

this time I try to copy the daylight. 

I use a single flash with standard reflector like in the schema. so, I get sharp shadow  in the background.

the surface of the background, the floor, also the wall in left and right hand are white, that cause the light will be reflected and make medium contrast of this picture.

to get the best contrast I like, I tried couple of time the distance between my flash and the model.

this is my first project in Sao Paulo, will be appear in Harper's Bazaar Indonesia in March 09.

casting day, and we found this model, Prisila.

good model and very sweet person. kind of falling in love with her attitude. very professional and have amazing energy. we did one colorful fashion editorial and one fashion advertorial for Banana Republic.

the pose is high energy, so she jump, walk, and lots of movement. and in the end of the day, she asking me one question, "am I professional enough?"

I said, "Yes" because I am very happy with the result. and when she is walking in front of me, I just realized if her heel is bleeding because the shoes.
